Jim is committed to delivering dependable, efficient, and expertly managed commercial building solutions.
Nancy Henderson, Vice President/Office Manager
As Vice President and Office Manager, Nancy brings a diverse business background to the team, with experience spanning corporate operations, customer service, and career coaching. She spent 5 years with a major corporation and has 7 years of experience helping individuals find meaningful career paths, which has shaped her people-centered approach to leadership. Her commitment to creating a positive work environment and her focus on operational excellence play a key role in supporting the company’s ongoing success.
Abraham Valles, Superintendent
With 8 years of hands-on industry experience, Abraham began his construction career by assisting family members in their businesses, gaining early exposure to multiple trades and valuable mentorship from seasoned professionals on various job sites. His dedication to growth led him to pursue formal training, including an architectural program and competing in SkillsUSA. He brings a strong blend of practical experience and technical knowledge to every project, driven by a passion for delivering quality results.
Ken VonBehren, Superintendent
Ken brings a wealth of leadership and discipline to his role as a Superintendent, shaped by his service in the United States Air Force. With a strong focus on operational excellence, he ensures projects run smoothly, prioritizing precision and teamwork in every aspect of his work. Ken's commitment to safety and quality is unwavering, and his proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that any challenges are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Jeff Evenson, Superintendent
Jeff is a dedicated superintendent with a proven track record of leading teams of 20+ members across multiple job sites. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Drafting and brings 30 years of hands-on experience across various construction disciplines, giving him a well-rounded knowledge of sub-trades. Jeff is committed to quality craftsmanship and strict adherence to safety standards. Recently, he successfully oversaw the completion of Creighton University’s 5-story student housing project.
Salomon Chavez, Project Manager/Estimator
Salomon [pronounced Solomon] brings 12 years of experience across diverse commercial sectors. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he excels in delivering efficient, high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail. Known for his adaptability and results-driven mindset, Salomon is dedicated to achieving excellence in every project. His ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members ensures smooth project execution from start to finish.
